 Cellphone Repair Training Programme - Free State Province

Young people from the Free State are invited to apply for the National Electronic Media Institute of South Africa (NEMISA) Cellphone Repair programme. 

After completing this 4-week hands-on training, you'll be ready to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair various cell phones and mobile devices. 

Requirement

  • 18-35 Years old
  • Free state citizen
  • Grade 12 with Maths 40% or Maths Lit 50%
  • Unemployed with Valid South African ID
  • Deemed Competent in the Pre-Assessment

Class Time: 08h30 - 16h30 (Mon – Fri)

This training is done by the Vaal University of Technology E-Skills CoLab in collaboration with NEMISA, DESTEA Free State, NYDA and HCLS. After completing the training, you will operate as a Cell Phone Repairer, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain different types of Cell Phones and mobile devices.

You will receive a tablet, Cell Phone repair toolkit, and business registration as part of the course. Accommodation and transport will be provided by DESTEA for the duration of the course. 3 Months mentoring and coaching included.
